Katey Whyte

Founded 1996, Tricor Pacific Capital, Inc. is a private equity investment firm that invests in profitable, well-managed middle-market companies in the manufacturing, service, distribution, and consumer products sectors with enterprise values of between $25 million to $250 million. Tricor is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, with an office in Chicago, Illinois. Tricor currently manages approximately $1 billion in capital and is investing its fourth fund with $555 million in committed capital. The firm's investment efforts are concentrated in the Western and Mid-Western regions of Canada and the United States. Tricor's investments have traditionally been in the area of management-led buyouts, divestitures of non-core divisions of large companies, sales of closely-held companies, recapitalizations, or later-stage growth financings. Tricor can invest up to $1.0 billion with co-investments from its Limited Partners.
