June Shen is a Venture Partner based in Shanghai. Previously, Ms. Shen was a Senior VP of ePlanet Ventures, and a Venture Capital Investment Manager of China Merchants & Fortune Assets Co., Ltd. Ms. Shen's responsibilities included deal sourcing, due diligence, investment reporting, deal negotiation, and post-deal management. During the past 9 years, as a Venture Capitalist, Ms. Shen led the investment of 8 companies, among which 3 went public, such as Focus Media and Spreadtrum on NASDAQ, 1 were merged by international companies and others got new rounds of financing.
