Navigator Equity Partners, LLC is a private equity investment group dedicated to investing exclusively in middle market, low to medium technology, profitable businesses. The Fund investors include: Merrill Lynch, General Electric Capital, Citigroup, and JP Morgan Chase, amongst others. The Fund intends to create a diversified portfolio with a focus on private and public manufacturers and marketers of basic consumer products and services, select industrial products, media, and media technology companies. Navigator seeks companies with gross annual revenues from $10 million to over $200 million. The group does not invest in start-up, early-stage, or turnaround situations. Ideal companies have prior year EBITDA approaching at least $2MM, though entities with lower Revenue and EBITDA levels are selectively considered for investment.
