John Chapel

John Chapel is the Founder of White Hall Capital and also serves as its CEO and President. He serves as Chairman at National Technologies Associates. He served as Board Member at Ostrato. Most recently Chapel was the majority owner and COB of SENTECH. Previously, he was Founder and Owner of AVIEL Systems, Inc., a federal IT and management consulting services provider in areas critical to national security, transportation, and defense. Prior to AVIEL, he served as President and CEO of OPTIMUS, as COO of Computer & Hi-Tech Management, and President of ANDRULIS Corporation. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Ostrato, National Technologies Associates, and an advisor at Lexerd Capital. He is a graduate of Drexel University with a BS in BA. At Drexel, he serves on the Drexel Board of Trustees and the Dean's Advisory Board.
