Wind Point Partners is a private equity investment firm that manages commitments of approximately $2.8 billion. Since the firm's founding in 1984, Wind Point has raised seven funds with over $2.8 billion in commitments and acquired more than 90 platform companies and 160 add-on acquisitions. The firm is currently committing from Wind Point VII, a $915 million fund closed in April 2009. Wind Point focuses on companies with $100 to $500 million in revenue, targeting equity investments of $30 to $150 million. Wind Point invests primarily in Business Services, Consumer Products, Healthcare, and Industrial Products.
