Jerry South serves as Chairman & Executive Officer at Pinnacle Automotive. He is the Founder and serves as Chairman at Towne Park. Towne Park was founded in 1988 in Annapolis, Maryland by Jerry South. After jockeying for a chance to run the Annapolis Hotel's (now the Loews Annapolis Hotel) parking service in 1987, South stumbled upon a business niche and literally ran with it. South's entrepreneurial spirit and ingenious business sense have built Towne Park from one parking operation in a small historical city to a nationwide hospitality services company. Through self-education, relationship-building, ingenuity and perseverance, South has forged a strong professional rapport and reputation within it's respective industries and has proven to be a strong, dynamic leader of a growing and ever-improving organization. Believing that great people make companies great, South endeavors to create opportunities for its employees to grow, learn, and prosper. South initiated it's employee stock bonus program that boasts over fifty employee partners today and envisions over 100 employee partners by 2010. South and the company's executive team identified and secured a private equity partner which holds a minority interest in the company. This partnership with The Camden Group will enable the execution of key acquisition and organic growth initiatives. Today, South is focused on ensuring the execution of it's strategic direction and foundation of senior level talent.
