That?s exactly how I wound up at an incubator in Argentina as my first job after graduating from Yale. There, I worked closely with entrepreneurs to help scale their businesses and create ecosystems from the ground up with the idea that successful founders would emerge to inspire and hire the next generation.
After a couple of years as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company, where I deepened my skills in analysis and operational excellence, I joined LOLA, where I was the only male employee of a female-founded and led company focused on feminine hygiene products. There, I had the opportunity to lead the development of the company?s data analytics and business intelligence capability, while also spearheading the growth of a new wholesale revenue channel.\
