Jennifer Baumann concentrates her practice in the areas of licensing, information technology, intellectual property, e-commerce and outsourcing. She has extensive experience drafting and negotiating a range of agreements including licenses, master services agreement for research and development, distribution, software, trademark, copyright, patent, digital content, media, co-promotion, co-branding and merchandising. Baumann also focuses her practice on intellectual property and technology issues related to mergers and acquisitions and has additional experience in intellectual property litigation, domestic and international trademark prosecution, copyrights, domain name disputes, on-line gaming issues, sweepstakes and advertising. She has additional experience counseling clients on Internet and e-commerce issues including terms of use, privacy policies and the E-SIGN statute. She has worked with companies in a wide range of industries including pharmaceuticals, consumer products, financial, retail, real estate, entertainment, food and agriculture, telecommunications, software development as well as several non-profit organizations.
