Jason Binder

Jason Binder serves as the Vice President of People. Prior to joining Delphix in January 2010, he was one of the first employees and served as the Senior Director of Business Operations at Xsigo Systems an I/O virtualization start-up acquired by Oracle. Prior to his 4 years with Xsigo, Jason worked with top tier venture capital firms performing retained searches and key human capital initiatives. Jason started his career in the networking arena working with Cisco and later Juniper Networks. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
