Investment transaction sizes range from $50 million to $200 million, but can go smaller or larger. Stephen's industry coverage includes: Consumer, Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Industrial, Information Technology and Services, Media Communications, Power and Energy, Real Estate, and Latin American Markets. The firm does not invest in turnaround situations, Venture-backed startups, or other Equity funds. Stephens can act as either a majority or minority investor. Stephens Capital Partners also maintains an office in London.
