An Exelis director since early November 2011, Mr. Bulls is the founder and CEO of Jones Lang LaSalle's highly acclaimed Public Institutions specialty, a practice focused on delivering integrated real estate solutions to government entities, nonprofit organizations, transportation facilities, and higher education institutions. He brings over 21 years’ experience at Jones Lang LaSalle in development, investment management and business development/retention. Mr. Bulls also co-founded and served as President and CEO of Bulls Capital Partners. Before joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Bulls completed almost 12 years of active duty service with the United States Army working in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Financial Management at the Pentagon and as an Assistant Professor of Economics and Finance at West Point. He retired as a Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves in 2008.
