Henry Feinberg

Henry J. Feinberg serves as the Chairman of Maxim Revenue Management Solutions. Mr. Feinberg has been a Director of ParkWhiz since December 19, 2012 and Mattersight Corporation since May 2007. He serves as a Director of Security Source; LP Network, EXE Technologies, eLoyalty; SAP Triversity; The National Conference; Northwestern University Library; CosmoCom, and FXall. Previously, he served as a Venture Partner and Partner at Technology Crossover Ventures. He joined Technology Crossover Ventures as a Partner in 2000. He has 25 years of Fortune 500 operating and transaction experience. He made investments in Tanning Technology, Vicinity, and Yield Management Systems. Prior to Rand McNally, Mr. Feinberg served as a General Manager of International Operations and New Business Development at Covia Partnership. He was employed at United Airlines, and Lear Sieler Corporation. He was the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer at RM Acquisition, where he led the charge into the New Economy. Under his leadership, Rand McNally transformed from a traditional print publisher to a branded, fully digital, distribution driven, and multimedia information company with e-commerce and internet businesses in both the B2B and B2C markets. He has been Director of Cleversafe since March 5, 2013. Mr. Feinberg served as a Director of Adknowledge, BenefitMall, i-flex solutions, Corero Network Security, ZoneTrader, Integres Global Logistics, Fiera High Income Trust, thinkorswim, Secure Networks and Yield Management Systems and FX Alliance. He served at Verisk Analytics from 1996 to June 17, 2009. Mr. Feinberg graduated, cum laude, with a B.S. degree in Chemistry from Rutgers University.
