Gregory Galvin

Dr. Gregury Galvin serves as Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman at Rheonix. He is a Member of Advisory Board of USound. He is the Chairman and serves as Chief Executive Officer at Mezmeriz. He is a Board Member of Incodema, where he serves as Chief Technology Officer and Partner. He founded Kionix, Inc. in 1993 and has been its Chief Executive Officer and President since July 2002. He has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Calient Optical Components, Inc. since July 2002. He served at Cornell University as Director of Corporate Research Relations. He served for over five years as the Deputy Director at Cornell Nanofabrication Facility. He serves as a Director of KensaGroup, LLC. He is a Board Member of Calient Networks and the new Kionix. He serves as a Director of the Boyce Thompson Institute for Plant Research, a Director of the Tompkins County Area Development Board and Director of the El Portal de Belen Foundation. He is a Member of the Advisory Council of the Cornell Veterinary College. He is the Founding Member of the Finger Lakes Entrepreneurs Forum. He serves as Member of several scientific societies and the American Management Association. He was the Chairman of the Finger Lakes Entrepreneurs Forum. He has a B.S. from the California Institute of Technology in Electrical Engineering, a Ph.D. in Materials Science in 1984 and an MBA from Cornell University in 1993.
