Greg Warnock

Greg Warnock is a Co-Founder and serves as a Managing Director at Mercato Partners. He also is an Angel Investor. He is an Angel Investor at Greg Warnock . He is a technologist, innovator and entrepreneur with a proven history of building and growing companies. Prior to Mercato Partners, he was a co-founder and managing director of vSpring Capital, an early stage venture capital fund. Prior to vSpring, he was principal in more than 20 M&A transactions and launched several businesses spanning technology, consumer, biotech and marketing. he is the founder of Junto Partners, an entrepreneurship education initiative that trains and mentors aspiring entrepreneurs and is the Chairman of The Community Foundation of Utah, with a mission to help a broad range of Utah focused charities. He has been named as one of Utah's most influential people, Utah Business Outstanding Director, Utah Business Mentor of the Year and was honored with the Supporter of Entrepreneurship Award by Ernst & Young. He received a B.S. in computer science, Masters of Business Administration and Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship and Venture Finance from University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business. He enjoys collecting and restoring muscle cars.
