The White Rock Venture Fund is a Private Equity fund that primarily invests in companies needing growth capital. The companies must have minimum revenue of $5 million, and EBITDA of at least $500,000 annually. The Fund has been active since 2003 and the investment emphasis includes a variety of industries: Electronics, Manufacturing, Medical devices, Software, Distribution, and Real Estate. The fund does not have any specific limitations on the geographic location; however, the focus is Texas, the surrounding states and the Southern part of the United States.
