Grace Ray

Grace Ray serves as Chief Executive Officer at Milani Cosmetics. She is a Board Member of Icelandic Provisions. She is an Angel Investor. She previously served as the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at Living she has over 13 years of experience building successful brands, launching profitable product lines and driving all aspects of consumer marketing. Prior to joining Living Proof as CMO, she was the VP of Global Marketing at Smashbox Cosmetics, which was recently acquired by Estee Lauder. At Smashbox, she played an instrumental role in building the brand to become one of the fastest growing prestige cosmetic brands in the world, overseeing all aspects of new product strategy, brand development, marketing, merchandising and public relations. Prior to Smashbox, she gained substantial marketing experience with L'Oreal and Nestle where she led brand management and innovation of several global brands. She holds an MBA from Harvard and an Engineering degree from the University of Michigan.
