Sentinel's preferred industry sectors are: Aerospace/Defense; Business Services; Consumer Products/Services; Distribution; Food/Restaurants; Franchising; Healthcare Products/Services; and Industrial Manufacturing. Sentinel prefers to invest between $20 million and $60 million, although the firm can invest up to $75 million of equity per transaction in companies in the business services/outsourcing, consumer products and services, food and restaurants, franchising, and manufacturing industries. The firm targets companies with at between $7 million and $35 million in EBITDA and enterprise values ranging from $40 million to $200 million.
