Franciska Dethlefsen

Prior to joining Redstone’s Investment Team, Franciska spent two years in New York City working in venture capital at FirstMark Capital and later at Resonance Companies. Before that, she spent a year in Dubai co-founding a services startup, and was an early employee at Nova Founders Capital in Kuala Lumpur. She started her career at a boutique consultancy in Copenhagen and holds a MSc in Innovation Management from Copenhagen Business School. Franciska is an avid traveler and explorer, former badminton pro and an overall active viking.
