Francisco Velazquez

Francisco founded Axon in 2006. Francisco has more than 20 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, finance and consulting. Among others, he has been involved in 5 private equity funds and more than 20 large M&A transactions worldwide and three IPOs. He also was the founding partner of SVP Advisors, an international strategy consulting firm, specialised in ICT, which is now part of Axon Partners Group. Before that, Francisco worked for UK-based Analysys Ventures and Analysys Consulting, where he lead several due diligence and M&A operations, and advised start-up companies, including ONO. He started his career as Mission Manager at satellite operator Hispasat and aerospace engineer at EADS. Francisco is a YPO member, holds an MSc in Aerospace Engineering, an MBA (graduating with Honours), and first level of CFA.
