Evan is a Managing Partner at Manhattan Venture Partners ("MVP",) a research-driven merchant bank focused on mid-late stage private technology companies. MVP provides unique access points for its own account and for accredited investors in highly curated, venture backed, pre-IPO technology companies. MVP also provides access for institutional investors looking for direct investments in late stage venture opportunities. MVP often facilitates C-level executives and early investors in high profile, pre-IPO companies looking for liquidity and diversification in selling their shares. He is an operator and asset manager of disruptive and opportunistic ventures. Evan has also invested in, developed or asset managed real property or investment vehicles to access illiquid alternative opportunities. Real estate and technology enabling efficiencies in real estate have been a consistent theme. Evan was a venture partner in a series of mid-stage energy and technology co-invest funds to which he remains an advisor. Currently, he is looking at other opportunistic entry points along the risk spectrum of venture capital.
