Erik Hovanec

Erik Hovanec serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Rubicon Project. He served as the Executive Advisor of Neural Analytics. Previously he had co-founded The Design Accelerator and served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of LeisureLink. He works across all functional departments of Rubicon Project where he is tasked with overseeing and aligning programs in support of the company's vision and value proposition. This includes corporate development, strategy as well as various operational responsibilities. Erik has spent the last two decades helping to grow internet and technology companies in Southern California. At LeisureLink he was responsible for taking the company from a concept to millions in revenue and was honored as a Deloitte Fast 500 and Inc. 5000 award recipient. Prior to that he was an executive at Green Dot during the company's formative pre-IPO growth stage. Erik was an early employee at GoTo.com which became Overture Services, Inc and was eventually acquired by Yahoo! in 2003 after going public in 1999. Erik started his career as a management consultant for The Boston Consulting Group, and has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Princeton University.
