Kachi Partners is a private equity firm based in Boulder, Colorado. On behalf of their investors, the firm makes control investments in junior middle market ($2-6 million in EBITDA or cash flow, and $10-100 million in sales) manufacturing and distribution companies located in the western United States. Kachi's investors typically invest between $250,000 and $1 million per transaction, either by evaluating and investing in deals on a one-off basis, or by making a larger commitment to two or more investments at a time.
