Eric Scott

Eric Scutt is a principal at Founders Fund, a venture capital firm that aims to help entrepreneurs solve some of the world?s hardest problems. Prior to Founders Fund, Eric started the HVF Investment team at Max Levchin?s incubator, which he helped spin out into SciFi VC in 2016. He played critical roles in their investments in Zymergen, Virta, Bolt Threads, OpenDoor, Blend Labs, and Synthego. Before SciFi, Eric founded a social network for art students, Motives, and a group gifting website, From.us. He holds a B.A. in Economics with a sequence in Computer Science from Claremont McKenna College.
