Founded 1995, Milestone Partners is a lower middle-market private equity firm specializing in making investments of $5 to $40 million in manufacturing, distribution and service companies with valuations of up to $150 million. The firm targets companies with EBITDA between $3 and $20 million. Milestone provides liquidity to non-management shareholders of family-owned businesses, facilitates the transition of ownership to key managers, and capitalizes on growth opportunities while maintaining the legacy of the founding entrepreneurs. The firm manages three active funds representing $660 million in committed capital. Milestone is currently investing in new platforms through Milestone Partners IV with a $300 million target.
