Elena Vitchak

Elena was born in 1971 in Moscow. In 1992 she graduated with honours from the Rostov State University (Linguistics Department). In 2005 she received a diploma in Human Resources Management from the State Academy of Investment Specialists. Before joining the Corporation, in 2010-2012 she was Senior Vice President, Director of the HR Department at OJSC MTS BANK. Earlier from 2008 to 2012 she was Director of the HR Department and a member of the management board at Sistema Hals. In 2002-2008 she held a position of HR Department Director at the Capital Insurance Group (IFD Capital). Member of the National Union of HR Specialists of Russia. Member of the HR Committee of the Association of Russian Banks.
