Eleanor Mascheroni is managing director of communications for GE Capital. She leads the development and delivery of the GE Capital story and aligns internal and external communications in support of GE Capital's global leadership position. Mascheroni is a member of GE Capital's leadership team and reports to GE vice chairman and GE Capital CEO Keith Sherin.
Mascheroni joined GE Capital in 2015 after serving as the senior vice president of corporate communications at Delphi Automotive. Previously she was the chief marketing officer at Ogilvy & Mather, responsible for marketing and communication for one of the world’s largest global advertising, marketing and public relations agencies. Her duties included the promotion of the company’s global brand, internal communications, digital marketing, thought leadership and event marketing.
Mascheroni began her communications career in the financial services industry at Prudential Securities where she held various positions, ultimately as director of corporate public relations responsible for the investment banking and brokerage firm’s global internal and external communications. Following her time at Prudential, she joined global asset management business eventually known as Zurich Scudder Investments, leading public relations and brand management.
Mascheroni graduated from Brown University and is an active member among the New York City community in which she resides.
