E. Jeffrey Lyons serves as Operating Director at City Capital Advisors. He served as Board Member & Principal Shareholder at BigTime Software. He has over 30 years of experience in management and financial consulting venture capital and private equity financing and strategic partnership/M&A transactions with both private and public companies. He has consistently created significant shareholder value with cofounders, team members, investor partners and clients. Jeff is currently the founder and Managing Director of Black Delta Consulting. Jeff has co-founded and held senior executive and Board director/advisory positions in VC and private equity-backed software, database marketing and technology-enabled services businesses. He is currently a Board Director and principal shareholder of BigTime Software. Previously, Jeff co-founded PRIMIS Marketing Group, a private equity-backed marketing services firm and served as Executive Vice President responsible for corporate strategy and M&A. Prior to co-founding PRIMIS, he was a founder of two management consulting firms after ten years of corporate experience in Big Four management consulting and commercial banking.
