Divo Milan

Divo Milan, 56, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Investigacion Estrategica, a merchant banking firm located in Mexico City, Mexico, since 1987. He has over twenty years experience in all aspects of corporate finance, investment banking, merchant banking and venture capital in Mexico and South America. Mr. Milan currently serves on the board of directors of Banca Ve por Más and Mexichem, also Chairman of the Board of Círculo de Crédito, and Círculo Laboral, both rating agencies, all of which are publicly-held companies. A graduate of Universidad IberoAmerica Mexico D.F in 1986, Mr. Milan completed his MBA at that university in 1989 and has received a diploma for International Business Studies from Harvard University. Mr Milan’s business background includes experience of doing business in South and Central America including dealing with the consequences of devaluations, rampant inflation and challenging political and economic environments, conditions currently and recently encountered by the Corporation.
