Diane Knoll

Diane brings over twenty years of senior financial management experience to small, venture capital-backed technology firms helping them grow from emerging organizations to successful companies by focusing on strategy formulation and institution of effective management and operating controls. Most recently Diane was Chief Financial Officer at LoanPerformance where over 13 years she played a critical in the company’s growth from small and unprofitable, to the industry leader in mortgage database and credit analytics, and its successful sale to First American. Prior to LoanPerformance, she held senior positions at Omega Performance Consulting, a bank training and consulting firm, the Rosenberg Real Estate Equity Funds, a real estate investment firm, and KPMG. Diane holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo.
