Devon Cranson is the Founder and serves as President at Cranson Capital. He has deep expertise in all aspects of commercial financing, M&A and securities. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Chartered Public Accountant (CPA) and a licensed Mortgage Agent. He is a member of the Society of Management Accountants, the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and the Private Capital Markets Association (PCMA). In 2006, he established Cranson Capital Solutions - a corporate finance advisory firm that is focused on helping entrepreneurs with capital raising, M&A and debt advisory services. Cranson Capital Solutions has assisted over 120 clients and has arranged over $100 million in debt financing.
