Debbie Wolter

Ms. Wolter is an experienced technology industry executive who specializes in the development and advancement of women in technology. Debbie is a leadership expert who helps executives and teams increase the impact they have in their companies. She is a sought after executive coach and a creative leadership team consultant. With more than 20 years of real life, in-the-trenches global business expertise, Debbie helps leaders and teams create practical solutions that truly have strategic business impact. Debbie has coached clients at Oracle, Intuit, SAP, Cisco, Theravance, Stanford Graduate School of Business and several startups. Her clients become more effective in many areas including: delivering results, leading change, strategic thinking, inspiring groups and interpersonal effectiveness (with their boss, peers and team members). Debbie worked for AT&T in a wide variety of roles including strategy, product management, sales, finance, marketing and operations. Most recently she led AT&T’s Corporate Strategy Group, an organization responsible for strategic projects for the CEO and execution of AT&T’s innovation initiatives. She also led AT&T Ventures, a venture capital fund, and managed a portfolio of over 30 companies. Prior to this, Debbie was based in Asia for six years and launched new business for AT&T in China, India, and Japan. Debbie has served on many corporate and non-profit boards.
