David Eisner served as Executive Chairman at ComplySci. He serves as Senior Advisor at East Wind Advisors. David is a private investor and active angel investor in New York City. He serves on the boards of several growth companies. He was the Founder, President & Chief Executive Officer of TheMarkets, a financial data and software company which he formed with 11 of the world's leading investment banks, from 2000 until its sale to McGraw-Hill for $300 million in 2011. Prior to TheMarkets, David was Founder and CEO of iExchange.com (sold to Placemark Investments), a company that included Idealab, Kleiner Perkins and Capital Z Partners among its principal investors. From 1992 through 1998, he was Executive Vice President, Office of the Chairman, of Jefferies Group, overseeing the Corporate Finance, High Yield Finance and International business units. From 1988 to 1992, he served as a Vice President at Jefferies, advising issuers and investors on a wide array of transactions and corporate governance. Before joining Jefferies, he worked at Bear Stearns and practiced corporate/M&A law at Fried, Frank, Harris Shriver & Jacobson.
