Daphne Chang

Daphne M. Chang is corporate counsel at Google Ventures. Prior to joining the Google Ventures team in 2011, Daphne was an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she represented venture capital firms, startups and public companies in a wide range of financing transactions. She also counseled companies at various stages of development on day-to-day corporate, securities and other business matters, including mergers and acquisitions and public offerings. Daphne received her J.D. from UCLA School of Law in 2005 and her B.A. in economics from Stanford University in 2000.
