Daniel Gay

Daniel Gay serves as Principal at Kensington Capital Holdings. Dan is responsible for sourcing and leading investments for Kensington Capital Holdings. Dan values building long lasting relationships with fund managers and entrepreneurs who want to invest and build companies seeking to disrupt current market offerings. Prior to KCH, Dan was an innovation consultant at Innosight, the leading authority on disruptive innovation. At Innosight Dan specialized in innovation strategy & incubation within the healthcare, media and technology industries of Fortune 500 companies. Dan also led fundraising initiatives for Innosight Ventures, the internal incubation and investment arm of Innosight with operations in India and Singapore. Dan currently serves on the Board of Directors for Vengo, Tava Indian Kitchen and Village Laundry Service. He also sits on the Board of Overseers of Babson College. Dan received a MBA from the F. W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College and a B.S. from the John M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University.
