He has more than 22 years of experience in executive/management leadership, media, marketing and international business. Over the past seven years Tino has established himself as a top digital media authority, with significant expertise in social networks and social discovery. He was an early stage investor and later joined the executive team for Avid Life Media, a leading social entertainment company that operates one of the world's most successful online dating communities. He played a critical role in its introduction into various countries, which resulted in the company's membership base increasing from a few million members to over 14 million members worldwide. Tino was Co-Founder and Chairman of Lakefield Media Holding AG, an innovative Swiss digital media Group. From 2013 until 2015, Tino was CEO of QUINT Media Inc., a company based in West Palm Beach, FL, USA. Tino is Founder and CEO of Ella Paradis Inc. Tino has a B.Sc. degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Marketing and Management from UC of Syracuse University, NY, USA.
