Christopher MacFarland

Christopher MacFarland serves as Executive Chairman & Chief Technology Officer at Masergy. He served as Chief Executive Officer at Masergy. He is an Angel Investor. He served as Operating Partner at Meritage Funds. Prior to joining Masergy, he has served in various senior executive positions at BroadSoft, McLeodUSA, Allegiance Telecom, Verio, OnRamp, CompuNet and Compu-Tek International. Chris was selected as a 2017 Glassdoor Employees' Choice Top CEO, Tech Titans CEO of the Year for 2016 and Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2015 for the Southwest region. Chris currently serves on the board of directors for iTopia, Health ELT and Tech Titans. Chris is passionate about community service and has championed numerous charitable and outreach programs including as a board member of the Warrior Family Network and International Student Foundation. He attended the University of Texas at Arlington where he majored in Computer Science and Engineering.
