Bernd Pfister

Mr. Bernd Pfister serves as the Managing Director of Müller Milch Management AG, Zurich. Mr. Pfister serves as Manager of Citigroup Global Markets Limited. He has been the Chief Executive Officer of Paros Capital Ltd. He has experience of over 60 private equity deals. Mr. Pfister has experience in special situations, including take over of BB HiTech in 2002 from the "Bank am Bellevue" and succesful sale of the company at a later stage. He was the Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer, Partner, and President of the Board at Invision Private Equity AG. He was President of the Board from 1997 to 2012. Mr. Pfister served as a Member of the Board of Invision Private Equity AG. He specialized in the fields of software, media, entertainment, innovative services business space, Internet business concepts, creative contents, Internet infrastructure, and IP data services at Invision AG. Mr. Pfister co-founded Invision AG. in 1996 and served as Chief Executive Officer until 2007 and was involved in many investments and has assisted in various strategic development projects of the Metro International Dienstleistung Beteiligungs AG and the foundation of Invision AG. Mr. Pfister served as Founding Partner of Aureus Private Equity AG since 1998 and its Chief Executive Officer. He was a Manager at the Investment Banking Division of Schroders Plc. for five years. He worked in a multitude of management positions on capital market, corporate finance, and venture capital projects in Geneva, Hongkong, Singapore, and Zurich. He has been a board member for numerous companies. He serves as the Chairman of Swiss Private Equity & Corporate Finance Association. He serves as a Vice President of the Board at New Value AG. He has been a Director of New Value AG since April 27, 2012. He serves as a Director of Active Investor AG, Link Marketing Services AG, SD Shop Display AG, and SD Shop Promo AG. He served as a Director of Myriad Group AG from February 2004 to April 19, 2007 and of Metro International Dienstleistung Beteiligungs AG from 1996 to 2000. He served as a Director of Invision Private Equity AG. Mr. Pfister has served on the Board of Directors of twenty growth companies in the field of telecommunication services, wireless software and equipment, software and financial services including esmertec AG, mcn tele.com AG, r3 security engineering AG, Digital SecuRights AG, Design Labs Ltd., enba Ltd., Invision Asset Management N.V., Bad Homburg; Trados (Schweiz) AG, TradosNet AG, Q1 Carrier AG, Surf EU AG, Enterprise Communications AG, Invision Beteiligungen AG, Zug; and Aureus Management AG and Dolce Media AG. He is the President of the Forum for innovative Finance and SECA. His Doctoral thesis was on venture management. M r. Pfister holds a Joint Doctoral degree from Durham University Business School and the University of St. Gallen where he was an EU-scholar on the European Doctoral program in Entrepreneurship and Venture Management and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University St. Gallen.
