Dr. Anna Palmer is a Co-Founder of Dough and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. She also serves as Investing Partner at XFactor Ventures, a seed stage venture fund backing women founders launched in 2017 in partnership with Flybridge Capital. She also created and launched SuitUp, a movement with over 20,000 women to have conversations in all 50 states across America about the issues facing women in their hometowns. Prior to XFactor Ventures, she was co-founder and CEO of Fashion Project, the industry leader in high end clothing donation, scaling the company to power donation programs for multiple major national retailers and giving back to over 2,000 organizations. She has been named a Style Innovator to Watch by InStyle Magazine, one of ten tech CEOs changing the face of philanthropy by Complex Magazine, Hottest Startup by New England Venture Capital Association, Nominated Changemaker by the United State of Women, and has been featured in Forbes, The Boston Globe, CNBC SquawkBox, InStyle Magazine, the book Counter Mentors and more. She holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Eureka College.
