STD Med, Inc. is a rapidly growing and emerging leader in the development and manufacture of medical devices and precision machined components. Established in 1953, STD Med, Inc. is a privately held company. Over the past several years STD Med, Inc. has incubated, invested in and spun out several new technology companies. It is the firm's intention to launch a new entity, which will bring innovative technology to market, every 16 - 18 months. A strategic team, internal to STD Med has been formed to allocate the necessary resources to obtain this goal. Once 'spun out' these companies are separate entities to STD Med, Inc. STD has historically invested in early stage technologies to advance the possibility of developing strategic partnerships with inventors, entrepreneurs, and doctors.
