Alon Shklarek

Alon Shklarek serves as Co-Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer at Cudos Capital. He has been a passionate and successful entrepreneur throughout his life. In 1992 he founded asp.group which he has been heading as CEO ever since. Headquartered in Vienna and Boston, the advisory boutique and investment firm focusses on corporate finance transactions all over the world, delivering superior results on acquisitions, mergers and turn-around projects. In selected situations, asp.group acts as investor herself following an active ownership approach. Alon is a profound investment professional with 20 years of experience. During this time he has conducted numerous transactions, led national and international investment consortia and headed more than 100 due diligence processes. Alon is author and co-author of publications and training programs, which have been translated in more than 12 languages. His speeches are highly acknowledged by leading institutions such as the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) or Sloan School of Business in Boston. Alon studied business administration with focus on corporate management and managerial finance at California State University, Hayward and IMADEC University, where he graduated with honors as a Master of Business Administration. He is also an alumnus of the Executive Education Program in Private Equity and Venture Capital at Harvard Business School.
