United Technologies Corporation Employee Retirement Plan

United Technologies Corporation Employees Retirement Plan is a single-employer and defined-benefit corporate pension based in Farmington, Connecticut. Established in 1941, the plan provides death and retirement benefits to the eligible employees of United Technologies, its subsidiaries, and former members of the Goodrich Corporation Employees Pension Plan. The plan also covers the hourly paid employees at certain of UTC's factory locations which are not covered by a collective bargaining agreement. Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee of the plan. The assets are managed by the executive management team.
