UnipolSai Assicurazioni (UnipolSai) is an insurance company based in Bologna, Italy. Established in 2014, the company was born out of the merger of some of the most important and historic Italian insurance companies - Unipol Assicurazioni, Fondiaria-SAI and Milano Assicurazioni - and Premafin, holding company of the former Fondiaria-Sai Group, with diverse origins and routes that passed through the history of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries until the twenty-first century, fully interpreting both times of growth as well as all of the complexities. The company acts as subsidiary of Unipol Group. The assets of the company are managed by the board of directors.
