U.S. Bancorp (USB) is a banking institution based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Established in 1968, USB's services include financial planning, investment management, trust, and fiduciary services and private banking. It also provides services like cash management, foreign exchange, and trust and investment management, lending and depository. USB is the parent company of U.S. Bank National Association. The bank is managed by the board of directors.
