Tower International Pension Plan

Tower International Pension Plan is a single-employer defined benefit corporate pension based in Livonia, Michigan. Established in 1997, the plan provides death, disability and retirement benefits to the eligible employees of subsidiaries of Tower International. The plan is sponsored by Tower Automotive Operations USA I, a subsidiary of the company. The assets are managed by a committee of employees of the Company to act as Plan Administrator. BNY Mellon and John Hancock Trust Company serve as the plan trustees.
