Titusville Police & Firefighters' Pension Fund is a public pension fund based in Titusville, Florida. The Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension Plan covers all permanent, full-time employees classified as combat firefighters and police officers and became a contributory plan on December 22, 1986. The Plan is administered by a Board of Trustees comprised of: Police Chief, Fire Chief, Commander designated by Police Chief, Division Chief designated by Fire Chief, two elected members from each department, one citizen selected by a majority of other members and appointed by the City Council as a ministerial duty.
