Timber Operators Council Retirement Plan and Trust

Timber Operators Council Retirement Plan and Trust is a multi-employer defined benefit union pension fund based in Tigard, Oregon. Established in 1961 as a result of the collective bargaining agreement between the union and various employers association to provide pension and death benefits to the eligible participants. The plan is administered by Vigilant Services(VSI), a subsidiary of Vigilant. The board of trustees is responsible for oversight of the plan, determines the appropriateness of the plan's investment offerings and monitors investment performance.
