South Dakota Investment Council

South Dakota Investment Council (SDIC) manages the financial assets of the State of South Dakota. These include South Dakota Retirement System, Health Care Trust Fund, Education Enhancement Trust Fund, Cement Plant Retirement Fund, School & Public Lands Fund, Dakota Cement Trust Fund and South Dakota Cash Flow Fund. The Investment Council is comprised of eight members which are responsible for the oversight and management of the fund's assets.
