Sony Innovation Fund

Sony Innovation Fund is the venture capital arm of Sony Corporation based in Tokyo, Japan. The firm is invests in and engaging with promising early-stage companies. Beyond investment, the mission is to provide resources such as access to the broader Sony world and its global network, as well as collaborate with startups to foster business creation in related lines of business and new areas of interest. Innovation Growth Ventures is one of the Sony Groups venture investment progra Sony Corporation and Daiwa Capital Holdings established Innovation Growth Ventures Corporation as part of this program. This venture capital fund was launched in June 2019 by recruiting investors from both Sony and Daiwas group companies in addition to external investors.
