Sonoma County Employees' Retirement Association (SCERA) is a public pension fund based in Santa Rosa, California. Established in 1946 by the County of Sonoma, SCERA is administered by the nine-member board of retirement to provide retirement, disability, death, and survivor benefits for its employees under the California State Government. The purpose of the SCERA is to provide and protect retirement benefits for its members and beneficiaries. The assets of the plan are managed by the board of trustees.
