Ohio School Employees Retirement System is a multi-employer defined benefit public pension fund based in Columbus, Ohio. Established in 1937, the cost-sharing retirement system provides pensions and access to health care coverage for people who serve in schools. The members include bus drivers, custodians, administrators, administrative assistants, food service providers, and anyone who works for a school or school system in a non-teaching position. The assets are managed by a nine-member retirement board.
